Hi, I’m Ayesha Savant, the founder of Thrive & Heal Therapy PLLC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in foster care settings, psychiatric hospital and eating disorder treatment centers, I’m here to guide you on your journey toward improved mental health. I’m thrilled you are here and choosing to invest and improve your relationship with yourself . I find that this first step in seeking therapy is a brave one to take. It is possible you are feeling empty or hopeless, difficulty with managing your mood and anxious while having difficulty coping with these symptoms. All of this can be challenging to navigate alone and affect different areas of your life. Being able to recenter yourself and obtain support can help benefit you in where you want to go. Thrive & Heal Therapy PLLC is more than just a therapy service – My aim is to be your partner in navigating life’s challenges. I work with those challenged with Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, Trauma, and PTSD. I offer individual therapy sessions to Texas residents, all from the comfort of your own home Therapy is about the process of growth by exploring your thoughts and emotions while you discover yourself along this journey.
